1.      In place of the Incoming mail server (IMAP): enter imap.serviceproviderid.net
2.      In place of the Outgoing mail server (SMTP): enter smtpauth.serviceproviderid.net

  • Un-tag the Incoming server needs SSL
  • Un-tag the Outgoing server requires SSL
  • Select the tab which says more settings
  • Select on the Outgoing Server tab and then click on the option saying My Outgoing server (SMTP) it needs authentication check box
  • Click on the button saying advanced option and alter the outgoing server setting into outgoing port 25, Incoming port 143– these are usually typed as the default settings
  • Then select ok to get out of the panel
  • Select the next option when you are confirmed that all the information you put there is right.
  • Click on the finish tab to finally end the process of this set up.
